When We Are Closed

If you urgently require a doctor outwith normal opening hours (18:00 – 0800 Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday) please contact the telephone number below:

NHS 24 phone – 111

http://www.nhs24.com

This is a 24-hour health service, which has round the clock health advice and support from highly trained and experienced nurses.

Locally, the OOH service is staffed by GP’s based at the emergency centres at County Hospital Invergordon and Ross Memorial Hospital, Dingwall. You will be advised where to attend.

NHS Highland is responsible for this service.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
